The aim of the Registry is to prospectively document the outcome of patients because randomization is not offered or not possible, non-study 1st line medication is used, observation without treatment is elected, or the fetus is delivered for postnatal cardioversion. The Registry study also includes patients with fetal Atrial Flutter with Hydrops which is excluded from the RCTs due to low patient numbers.
