RCT A - Treatment Arms
RCT A ARM 1: DIGOXIN
0.5 mg Digoxin q 12 hrs
(total 4 doses over 48 hrs)
Aim: therapeutic maternal trough level of
1.0-2.0 ng/ml or 1.3-2.6 nmol/L
RCT A ARM 2: SOTALOL
80 mg Sotalol (TID)
120 mg (BID) (240 mg/day)

Treatment start with 1st line drug arm
Clinical and ultrasound assessments
Use recommended 1st line therapy for 3 to 7 days unless earlier changes are clinically indicated
